BrickHouse BBQ & Brew in Liberal, Kansas is serving up fall-off-the-bone ribs and drinks worth the drive.

Founded in June 2020 by Jeff and Kayla Hall, BrickHouse is housed in a charming brick building near the train station in the heart of Liberal. But as inviting as the setting is, the true highlight is what comes out of the kitchen and bar: slow-smoked barbecue, family-recipe homestyle sides, local flavor, cold brews on tap, and handcrafted cocktails.

After years of owning a barbecue restaurant in Colorado, Jeff and Kayla knew it was time to bring their experience back home. As proud Liberal natives, they returned to Southwest Kansas with a vision to create a gathering place built on bold flavor, warm hospitality, and a love for great barbecue.
